The Financial Services Division focuses on helping participants acquire and improve the skills they need to increase their financial security. We provide assistance for individuals experiencing a short-term financial crisis and for those interested in improving their financial literacy and money-management skills.

Financial Assistance
CAC is able to assist some eligible households with
eviction-prevention and entry costs. We also have programs to assist with getting a new telephone installed or to help with past-due phone bills.

Financial Literacy
CAC’s Financial Services Specialists provide budget counseling, mediation and referrals for households seeking short-term help. We also teach classes for individuals who want to work to improve their overall money-management skills. For more information, click on this link: Financial Literacy.

Clothing  Center
Our free Clothing Center serves over 9,000 low-income individuals and families each year. We provide seasonally appropriate clothing for school, work, home, as well as job interviews. Many of our families are living pay-check to pay-check and the Free Clothing Center allows them to stretch their budgets just a little further. All of the clothing is provided through generous donations from the community and our volunteers help us to sort and hang all of the items for our shoppers.
The Clothing Center hours are Tuesday - Friday 10am to 3pm and
10am - 5:30pm on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
